Responsible for managing & supervising the activities of the Accounting team to ensure the accurate and timely
recording and reporting of the company transactions per International Accounting Standards.

  • Production of monthly management accounts, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Bank reconciliations,

  • Follow up the implementation of financial and accounting procedures, commitment to the implementation of
    regulations and internal systems of the company, directing all accounting operations, and overseeing the

  • Supervises directs, and reviews the work of the accounting staff (including, but not limited to, cash
    reconciliations, account statement reconciliations, check runs, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset
    activity, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.

Sales Support
  • Provide a point of contact for sales engineers when they are out of the office
  • Manage incoming enquiries by fax, telephone, post or via the chemicals@metito.com email address –

  • Maintain filing to support the daily operation; assist the internal and external audit
  • Update the Business Partner (BP) per Sales Engineer (SE) and send the updated information on Monthly

Bad Debt
  • Follow up with Bad Debt, update CSM and BDM on Monthly basis about collection progress
  • To review Bad Debt monthly reports from Finance and to create Monthly Summary for Chemicalsin the
    standard format for the BDM
  • Assist sales engineers and finance department with collections
Reporting
  • Note down the minutes of meeting for the regularsales meetings and prepare the presentation slides for
    the coming meetings
  • Maintain enquiry/ proposal/ purchase order filing system and enquiry register database
  • Collate data and assist with the preparation of reports as required by the Chemical Business Manager – e.g.
    monthly sales reports and sales performance analysis reports, etc.
  • Review Daily Contractor, Governmental Websites and allocate tenders to team
Customer Satisfaction
  • Coordinate Customer Satisfaction Surveys with Sales Team
  • Fully uses Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in line with Metito policy
General
  • Attends meetings; prepares periodicalsales and other reports as directed
  • Reviews proposals with Sales Engineers/ CSM both Technically and Commercially prior to issuing to the client, follows up and revisesthe proposal as necessary to meet the client’s needs
  • Receives and reviews the clients order ensuring it is in accordance with the proposal and that the client
    needs are achievable
  • Performs any other work related duties as directed by the Chemical Sales Manager or Business

  • Lead/ supervise the plant’s Operation and Maintenance during commissioning and reliability test.
